Caroline Abramo is the Founder and CEO of Pana Low Carbon Economy Investments, an emerging ESG-focused firm. She manages the Pana LCE’s Fund I, SMA Platform, and advisory segments, fostering partnerships with sustainability-driven companies. With over three decades in commodities, infrastructure, and investments, she’s an influential figure with a deep understanding of real assets. She formerly managed Lazard Asset Management’s Real Assets and Commodities Funds, handling a portfolio of 300+ public companies.

A pioneer in ESG and green initiatives, she founded Pana Advisory in 2011, investing in and advising numerous green platforms, including arranging private equity for early sustainable enterprises. She’s also an equity owner in Kimura Capital, a private ESG trade finance platform.

A Bucknell University alumna with a degree in Business Administration and Management, Caroline is active in 100 Women in Finance and enjoys yoga. She resides in New York City with her family.
