Hussein is a Dubai-based C-Level Executive and Management Professional with a deep passion for Service Excellence and Leadership. He believes in empowering people to create high-performance cultures. His extensive background spans across the Service Industry, Shipping, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, E-commerce, and Digital Transformations, particularly in Last Mile Solutions.

He is the Founder and CEO of PlugMena, a consultancy aiding businesses to expand in the MENA region, and Sales Middle East, a company specializing in sales talent acquisition and business growth. Previously, Hussein advised at the UAE’s Prime Minister’s Office, focusing on enhancing government services and citizen experiences, while fostering public-private partnerships. His corporate journey includes significant roles at UPS as Managing Director for the Middle East and at Aramex, where he progressed to Regional CEO for the Gulf, managing over 4000 employees.

Hussein holds a Business Administration degree from Beirut Arab University and has completed advanced management programs, including one from IMD in Switzerland. An active member of the entrepreneurship community, he serves on several advisory boards, is a passionate public speaker, and mentors promising startups in the region.
